Its tax activities are focused on consulting, transfer pricing, application of treaties
international markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, including cross-border transactions and structuring of
business of foreign companies in Brazil.
His performance in the area of regulation for the entertainment industry involves broad knowledge of
intellectual property, copyright (including software), the rules of the National Telecommunications Agency
(Anatel) and the National Film Agency (Ancine), discussions regarding the regulation of video on demand
(VOD) and streaming, as well as the incidence of the Contribution to the Development of the Film Industry
National (Condecine).
The partner also has international legal experience as a lawyer for multinational conglomerates of
audiovisual media, such as subscription television (Pay TV) and entertainment.
