Carlos Chavarría

Carlos Chavarría is an Engineer in Computer Systems, studied at the University “Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey”, in Mexico. Entrepreneur, inventor and prominent participant in Technological Education, Culture and Blockchain Committees. In 2005, he founded NAA.Tech, a company of Mexican origin with a global presence, dedicated to the development of multi-biometric technologies. The company has a market share of 74% of the Mexican market and is present in 10 countries and has Biometric Agreements®, the patented electronic signature, used by people in more than 100 countries.
